Fearless in exploring newfound horizons, musically or otherwise made you the standard to which all other forms of entertainment be it sports, acting or comedy are judged.  Your contribution to society is as pivotal as any other extraordinary human that has ever lived on this or any other planet with a life form comparable to earthlings.  Sadly, your exceptional ability to stomach the global media’s constant and often misrepresentation of the truth about you and still remain graceful is perhaps your greatest talent and mankind’s greatest example of humility.  Because of you, the word “talent” at last has its true definition.  For there have been few, if any other humans past or present, who have ever exhibited such mastery of a craft to the likes of which you’ve mastered the entertainment industry.  Your brilliance musically will undoubtedly last for the ages, while your name Michael Jackson will live on in the hearts and minds of all who had the pleasure of hearing your beautiful one of a kind voice.  However, when compared to your vast humanitarian efforts music will forever come in second place.  With all of your unprecedented record sales and awards your legacy will always be remembered as the music prophet who challenged all of us to look in the mirror and change our ways.  In a year where African Americans and non African-Americans alike celebrated the historic election of Barack Obama as the 44^th and first African-American President, your untimely passing was of equal significance.  May God watch over you and your loved ones.  “Long live the King of Pop, Michael Joseph Jackson, the best to ever do it!”
